Founder & Director
Founder & Director of Adept Engineering, Mr. Srinivasan Manickam comes with over two decades of insightful experience in the civil and structural engineering business. Over the years, Srinivasan managed to climb up the corporate ladder quickly and gained expertise in various fields such as Oil & Gas, Defense & Space, and Information Technology. What sets Srini apart from the crowd is that he has gained on-field working experience. Not only has he designed but also executed them on the field. In every project, he makes sure to bring his dash of innovation to the table.
From drawing office to commissioning of industrial projects, Srini has done it all. That said, the value-added in civil and structural engineering by working in the field is much more than cramming on-paper theories.
With a colorful tenure at renowned firms such as KBR Inc. and QuEST Global, he took his passion for engineering to great levels with his attention to detail and subject knowledge. It is this passion that eventually led him to start Adept Engineering Solutions, as a one-stop shop for companies around the world looking to consolidate their business through structural engineering.
Srini, being a passionate organic farmer and an eco-warrior, has engineered an instrumental “Model Organic Farm.” Starting from his farm, he contributes to afforestation through rainwater harvesting and is underway to create an arboretum of vivid trees and plants to make our planet greener, and more importantly, stronger.

Mrs. Kiruthika Srinivasan serves as the Director – Finance at Adept Engineering, where she leads the company’s financial and administrative functions. She oversees budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and compliance while ensuring strong governance and operational efficiency. Through strategic financial oversight and informed decision-making support, she plays a key role in maintaining organizational stability and driving sustainable growth.
General Manager
Accredited as the General Manager of Adept Engineering, Mr. Pugazharasan E crowns a whopping 27+ years’ experience in Structural Steel detailing and Engineering Project Management. Having worked with companies like QuEST, Star Building Systems-USA, Babcock, BBUSL, Mecon, M.N. Dastur, TCE, and many more, Pugazharasan has been adept in meeting the multinational detailing standards. Pugal, as we like to call him, has proficiently managed many engineering detailing projects in AISC, Australian, Canadian, European, British as well as Indian standard codes.
Sr. Manager -Operations
Mr. Prabu R serves as the Senior Manager – Operations at Adept Engineering, bringing 19 years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing with strong expertise in CAD and SDS2 software. He began his career as a CAD Engineer and progressed to Modeler through technical excellence and dedication. He later joined the organization as a Lead Technical Professional, where he further demonstrated strong leadership and operational management skills.
He oversees bid preparation, quotations, project scheduling, estimations, and kick-off meetings, while ensuring effective coordination between the US office and internal teams for smooth project execution. His focus on quality, on-time delivery, and team development has consistently enabled successful project completion, enhanced client satisfaction, and strengthened long-term business relationships.
Quality Specialist -Detailing
Our Quality Assurance Manager of Adept Engineering, Mr.Gnanaguru P has 33+ years of experience in Structural Steel Detailing using Tekla and Cad software’s. Have more experience in complicated steel structure modelling and detailing works on UAE jobs like Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 Entrance Steel Canopy & Concourse Shell, Zayed University Abu Dhabi, Hamdan Bin Mohd Bin Rashed Sports Complex, Dubai and many more. Passion is to stay exclusive by handling more challenging jobs. Also having experience in fabrication related and have more site visits during erection. Having worked with companies like Enmas, Fuller India, Foster Wheeler, Cleveland Bridge Dubai and many more. Effective in project management, schedule management, work allocations and client co-ordination.
Business Development Director - Middle East Region
Mr.Rex serves as the Director – Business Development (Middle East), responsible for driving market expansion and strengthening the company’s presence across the Middle East region.
He leads business growth initiatives, develops strategic partnerships, identifies new opportunities, manages client relationships, and supports revenue growth aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.

Mrs. Kalaivani M serves as the Deputy Manager – Human Resources at Adept Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 9+ years of professional experience, including 4 years of dedicated contribution to the organization’s growth and people development initiatives.
She plays a strategic role in overseeing the company’s human resource operations, ensuring effective workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational process alignment. Kalaivani actively supports management in building structured HR systems that enhance operational efficiency, employee performance, and organizational stability.
Her responsibilities include leading recruitment strategies, employee lifecycle management, performance evaluation processes, policy implementation, payroll coordination, and employee relations management. Mrs. Jeeva V serves as the Accounts Specialist at Adept Engineering, with over 10 years of professional experience, including 7 years with the organization.
