Srinivasan Manickam is the Founder and Director of Adept Engineering Solutions, bringing over two decades of experience in civil, structural, and industrial engineering across global infrastructure and construction projects. His career has been shaped by multidisciplinary project execution, technical leadership, and a strong focus on practical, fabrication-oriented engineering solutions.
Prior to founding Adept Engineering Solutions, Srinivasan held key engineering and leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including KBR and QuEST Global, contributing to complex industrial and infrastructure projects across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Defense, Industrial, and Commercial construction. The experience gained through these large-scale international programs laid the foundation for Adept’s disciplined engineering culture and delivery standards.
A defining aspect of Srinivasan’s leadership is his field-driven approach to engineering. With experience spanning design development, project coordination, site execution, and commissioning, he has built a fabrication-aware workflow philosophy focused on constructability, coordination efficiency, and real-world project execution. Under his leadership, Adept Engineering Solutions has grown into a trusted engineering partner supporting fabricators, contractors, and EPC firms across North America and international markets.
Beyond engineering, Srinivasan is deeply committed to sustainability and environmental stewardship. Mr. Pugazharasan
General Manager

Prabu R | Assistant General Manager
Mr. Prabhu
Project Manager
Prabu is AGM at Adept Engineering Solutions with nearly 22 years of experience in structural steel detailing, project coordination, and engineering delivery using CAD and SDS2.
He began as a CAD Engineer and progressed into 3D modeling and project leadership roles, building strong expertise in detailing workflows, estimation, scheduling, and client coordination for North American projects.
At Adept, he has strengthened project delivery standards and team development through structured processes and internal training initiatives.
His responsibilities include project estimation, planning and scheduling, kick-off coordination, client communication, and delivery management.
He ensures accurate, timely, and quality-driven execution while maintaining strong coordination with US teams and engineering groups.
He also oversees quality management system and leading the internal audit team for ISO 9001 certification.

Gnanaguru P is Senior Quality Specialist at Adept Engineering Solutions with 33+ years of experience in structural steel detailing, QA, and Tekla/CAD modeling.
He ensures accuracy, constructability, and quality across complex international steel projects, especially in North America , British standards, European standards and the Middle East.
His experience includes major projects like Dubai International Airport Terminal 3, Zayed University, Abu dhabi International airport and Hamdan Sports Complex.
With strong fabrication and site execution knowledge (Foster Wheeler, Cleveland and Bridge), he brings a practical, field-oriented approach to quality review and detailing.
